Conclusion: 
This chapter explores the constraints and facilitators to young people’s participation in leisure activities. It concludes that in order to maximize leisure and recreation for youth, young people need to be involved in planning the content and format of the activities.
Aim: 
To discuss leisure and the functions it serves for young people. Considered are the various leisure activities young people part-take in including youth groups.
