Conclusion: 
This report outlines a conceptual model and framework for youth cafés. It also identifies the guiding principles for youth cafés, as well as operational issues and monitoring and evaluation systems for use in youth cafés.
Aim: 
To contribute to the formation of a policy foundation for the support and development of the youth café model of intervention targeting children and young people in Ireland.
